Job Description
- In charge of establishing a preventive maintenance system and overseeing the execution of maintenance plans for the site and machinery as scheduled.
- Leading a team of Maintenance Technicians to diagnose issues, perform maintenance, and carry out repairs on machinery.
- Coordinating and overseeing subcontractors for external tasks.
- Identifying spare parts and tools to reduce downtime.
- Allocating personnel to handle minor mechanical and electrical repairs.
- Assisting in crafting tools for production purposes.
- Advocating for and implementing safe work practices and activities in alignment with OHSAS and company goals.
- Undertaking any additional responsibilities assigned by immediate supervisors.
Requirements:
- Candidates should hold a technical diploma or possess equivalent experience in plant and machinery maintenance, ideally with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory position.
