  • Handle confidential correspondence, documents, and communications with the highest level of discretion and professionalism
  • Act as a key liaison between the Chairman and internal stakeholders, senior executives, and external partners
  • Support personal and lifestyle-related matters such as appointments, events, reservations, and ad hoc requests
  • Coordinate with external vendors including travel providers, property contacts, and lifestyle service partners
  • Anticipate needs proactively and resolve issues independently in a fast-moving, unstructured environment

Requirements

  • Highly resourceful, independent, and adaptable, with the ability to operate without SOPs or structured processes
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong sense of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism
  • Service-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and deliver beyond expectations

Ideal Profile
