Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage office facilities, vendor relations, and procurement while ensuring workplace safety and visitor hospitality.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support including travel coordination, expense tracking, onboarding, and event planning.
  • Process purchasing requests and facilitate payment workflows between technical teams and accounts payable.
  • Support offshore operations through documentation preparation, cost tracking, and maintenance of technical materials.
  • Assist Managing Director with his day to day activities, coordination, meetings and documents.

Requirements:

  • An organized multitasker with excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Detail-oriented problem-solver capable of working independently across departments.
  • Previous exposure to offshore operations or technical environments is beneficial but not required.
