Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Plan, coordinate and control the execution of project
- Ensure all aspects of the project are developed and executed in accordance with contract provisions, client specifications and yard procedures and policies
- Support the Project Management Team by looking in depth of contract elements, contract provisions and Scope of Work (SoW)
- Ensure the project team in having a clear scope and objective of the project function
- Ensure accurate/spot-on allocation of resources to carry out/complete the project
- Define and ensure efficient utilization of human resources, equipment, vessels, materials and subcontractors
- Monitor the progress of project schedule, HSE/Quality objectives and cost estimates across the various project phases
- Work closely with the Project Control Manager to establish budgets, costs and remedial actions in case of overruns
- Ensure during execution phase that Risks and Opportunities Analysis is properly and accurately managed by the Risk Engineer
- Approve, award and manage subcontractors during the project phase and ensure it is aligned with contract specification
- Work towards technical close-out of the project including provisional, final acceptance and handover to the Client
- Compile project close-out report, best practices and lessons learned containing important information for future applications
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related field
- At least 15 years of experience in the marine & offshore EPC projects
- At least 5 years of experience in managerial capacity
- Good proficiency in English language, both written and spoken
- Ability to work in a fast-paced project based environment
