Role Overview
The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the complete cycle of fleet supply and catering operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and timely delivery of provisions. This role requires a Master Mariner with deep knowledge of maritime operations and the ability to align catering and supply processes with both business and compliance objectives. The position will also involve leading and mentoring a team of Operations Executives to achieve service excellence.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee end-to-end fleet supply and catering operations, from procurement to final delivery.

Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of Operations Executives, ensuring accountability, efficiency, and professional growth.

Ensure timely, safe, and efficient provision of food, stores, and supplies across multiple vessels.

Drive operational excellence by implementing best practices, process improvements, and cost optimization strategies.

Monitor compliance with global food safety standards, maritime regulations, and client-specific requirements.

Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and client teams to streamline supply chain processes.

Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and KPIs to achieve operational and financial targets.

Act as the key liaison between vessel management and catering operations, ensuring clear communication and smooth execution.
