• Oversee the operation, scheduling, and optimization of Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) shipments for the LNG trading and supply team.

• Play a key role in shaping the annual delivery program for long-term LNG supply and sales agreements with both suppliers and customers.

• Maintain seamless communication with suppliers, customers, terminals, and service providers to ensure timely LNG cargo deliveries and accurate invoicing.

• Take responsibility for proper documentation and ensure the timely and accurate entry of operational data into relevant IT systems.

• Manage the appointment of independent inspectors and expeditors while addressing any issues related to LNG quality.

• Collaborate with internal teams—front, middle, and back-office, legal, shipping, finance—to resolve any operational concerns.

• Ensure timely cargo invoicing, reconcile accounts, and clear accruals for both external and internal deals.

• Coordinate with counterparts and support the team to maintain smooth operations, minimize delays, and reduce demurrage costs.
