Job Description
Role:
- Monitor and prepare regular updates on vessel positions.
- Ensure smooth execution of voyages while minimizing operational costs.
- Oversee daily operational tasks and coordinate with external stakeholders to support seamless commercial operations.
- Communicate updates to clients regarding vessel movements, crew, and fleet developments.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in coordinating operations within the logistics or maritime sector.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior experience in vessel operations is advantageous.
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to manage departmental shift phone duties and work during weekends when required.
