Key Responsibilities
- Handle vessel requisitions for provisions and catering supplies
- Liaise with suppliers to source quotations and ensure quality standards
- Process purchase orders in line with requirements and budgets
- Coordinate with vendors, agents, and stakeholders for timely delivery
- Track orders from confirmation to delivery, resolving any issues
- Maintain proper documentation and provide operational updates
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Maritime, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in maritime operations, procurement, or logistics
- Experience in ship chandling or vessel supply is advantageous
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
