Responsibilities:
- Prepare ship position updates
- Ensure the ship voyage is performed efficiently and that costs are kept to a minimum
- Coordinate the day-to-day operational activities and liaise with external parties to ensure efficient commercial operations
- Update clients on ship activities, personnel, and fleet changes
Requirements:
- Effective communication skill
- Experience with ship operations will be an added advantage
- Positive attitude and as a team player
- Good interpersonal skills and able to work well with others in a fast paced working environment
- Willing to handle department shift phone
