Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Track and report vessel movements and positions
- Ensure voyages are carried out smoothly and cost-effectively
- Handle day-to-day operations and work closely with external parties to support efficient commercial activities
- Provide timely updates to clients on vessel operations, crew details, and fleet status
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in logistics or shipping operations coordination
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of vessel operations would be a plus
- Team-oriented with a positive and responsible attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-moving work setting
- Willing to take on departmental shift phone duties and work during weekends when required
