Job Description
This role focuses on the management and analysis of marine fuel data, providing critical insights to support our fleet’s operational efficiency and strategic planning.
Key Focus Areas:

Data Management & Analysis: Gather and validate fuel-related information from multiple internal and external sources. Perform detailed analysis to track performance metrics and identify trends.

Reporting & Support: Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to aid in management decisions. Serve as a key point of contact for fuel-related data queries from other teams.

Operational Coordination: Assist in the planning and scheduling of fuel requirements for the global fleet. Liaise with vessels, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to finalize arrangements and address any urgent issues that arise.

Collaboration: Facilitate discussions and act as a moderator in meetings involving various international stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate Profile:

Holds a diploma or degree in a relevant field (e.g., Maritime Studies, Data Analytics, Logistics).

Possesses at least 3 years of experience in a similar role within the maritime sector.

Has practical seafaring experience as an Assistant Engineer (preference given to those with container vessel background).

Demonstrates a strong understanding of vessel operations and marine fuel procurement.

Is skilled in analyzing complex information to produce clear, actionable recommendations.

Proficient with data analysis and presentation tools (e.g., MS Office Suite, Google Workspace).

An effective communicator, able to work seamlessly across different cultures and time zones.
