Job Description

Key Duties, Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main contact for customer inquiries, oversee job file creation, and prepare all required documentation for both customer submissions and internal record-keeping.
  • Manage invoice creation and ensure accurate tracking of sub-contractor and supplier bills (invoices) on a job-by-job basis.
  • Provide prompt responses to customer inquiries and deliver freight quotations within the specified time frame.
  • Conduct data entry, job creation, billing, general administrative tasks, and any other assigned ad-hoc duties.
  • Support the Operations Department and Manager on special projects and offer backup assistance to the Customer Service team as needed.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to meet individual, team, and departmental objectives, while sharing knowledge and skills as needed.

Requirements:

  • Education: GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Level.
  • Knowledge of Freight Forwarding and Logistics is a plus.
  • Understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with relevant computer software applications.
  • Proficiency in English communication skills.
