Job Description

Role:

  • Assist with daily planning for the company’s launch boat schedule.
  • Coordinate launch arrangements for all internal staff, including making arrangements with external vendors.
  • Maintain records of launch movements to verify payments.
  • Support the purchasing department with logistics arrangements for provisions, spare parts, and stores via both land and sea routes.
  • Verify relevant invoices.
  • Assist the purchasing department with various tasks as assigned.
  • Handle projects and tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of Higher Nitec in maritime, logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in logistics or coordination within sales or purchasing.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders and meticulous in follow-through.
