Job Description
Responsibilities:

Supervise, train, and coordinate the daily operations of staff in the Machining Department, both locally and offshore.

Prioritize the health, safety, and wellbeing of employees during project execution.

Ensure compliance with all ISO standards and requirements.

Drive efficient project execution by monitoring schedules, tracking progress, and managing budgets effectively.

Perform hands-on inspections and troubleshooting of ships and offshore vessels when necessary, while providing technical support to clients.

Build and strengthen relationships with clients to identify and develop new business opportunities within the region.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in machining operations, ship repair or offshore services.
- Prior experience managing teams both on-site and offshore.
- Strong understanding of machining processes, mechanical repairs, and marine/offshore equipment.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and quality control systems.
- Proven track record in project management, including scheduling, budgeting, and ISO compliance.
