Job Summary:
Responsible for developing new business opportunities and expanding customer accounts for ocean freight services.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new clients for Ocean Freight services.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and logistics partners.

Prepare quotations, negotiate rates, and close sales contracts.

Work closely with operations teams to ensure smooth shipment execution.

Monitor market trends, freight rates, and competitor activities.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Requirements:

Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.

5+ years experience in freight forwarding or logistics business development.

Strong knowledge of Freight Forwarding and international shipping processes.

Proven track record in acquiring and managing logistics clients.

Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
