Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Gathering market information and customer requirements.
- Maintaining data integrity within BSM, S3, Sales Projection, including scheduling updates, pricing forecasts, contract terms and its inputs into the system.
- Coordinating sales and delivery of products on a vessel-by-vessel basis in coordination with the other members of the designated Marketing team.
- Responsible for customer registration, ensuring customer records are duly approved by company due diligence processes such as Know Your Customer (KYC), financial reports, and other verifications.
- Assisting internal departments to ensure timely receipt of signed customer contracts, vessel nomination approvals, document instructions, financial statements and any other information required to maintain customer,
- Preparing business confirmation emails and confirmation letters to be sent to customers after seeking all corresponding internal approvals in accordance with company.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in business or related field.
- Experience in logistics, supply chain processes and/or business analysis.
