Job Description
Location: Shanghai, China
Ideal Candidate: Applicants from Mainland China with a maritime industry sales background.
Job Purpose:
To drive revenue growth by developing and executing sales and marketing strategies for our maritime services (Fuel, Lube, Digital Services, etc.). You will represent our brand, increase market share, and achieve performance-based sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the annual marketing plan to meet the company’s growth objectives.

Increase sales revenue by securing new customers, launching new service packages, and expanding into new geographical areas.

Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities and improve our service offerings.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular visits and a deep understanding of their requirements.

Foster cross-departmental collaboration (Lab, Operations, Sales) to resolve issues, improve processes, and support revenue targets.

Ensure timely response to RFQs, efficient follow-up on inquiries, and weekly closure of all billable items.
Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 5-10 years of sales experience within the China Maritime industry.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven ability to develop strategies, close deals, and manage multiple product lines.

Strong verbal and written communication skills; proficient in Zoho Desk and Excel.

Professional, proactive, and able to collaborate effectively across teams. Willingness to travel within China as needed.
