Job Description
Accountabilities
- Lead the process of developing HR 5 years master plan to focus on strategic initiatives across the HR departments to be in line with the business operation strategies
- Initiate and lead research on internal and external environment of HR, including the industry best practices, trends and legislations for the purpose of benchmarking in developing HR strategic initiatives
- Facilitate and review the company’s HR key planning and budget indicators and budget data integrity to ensure accuracy of budget inputs in supporting company’s strategies
- Plan and manage the development of company’s manpower and HR budget to support business strategy and operational needs
- Develop manpower master plan to ensure the availability of competent talent at the right time with right capability
- Plan and manage the identification and development of HR risk scorecard and risk mitigation plans to minimize risk exposure and ensure governance
- Plan and manage HR business continuity plan to ensure non-disruption to HR operations
- Lead periodical review and reporting of HR balanced scorecard and risk scorecard performance
- Review the company’s manpower and HR G&A expenses performance (actual vs budget) on a monthly and quarterly basis. analyze variances and recommend appropriate action plans
- Lead research, benchmarking studies and analysis on HR related subjects
- Develop, motivate and coach subordinates to achieve high productivity that support high performance culture of the organization
Requirement
- At least 10 – 12 years of relevant working experience in HR, with minimum 5 years of experience in HR/Business Planning
- Minimum degree in human resource management, business administration/management, social studies, statistics or other related field
