Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide assistance to the General Manager on business strategies and carry our planning for business management
- Identify business opportunities and market trends in the plating industry to meet business revenue KPIs
- Build mid and long term business strategies based on Company’s financial data and forecasting. which includes budget preparation and kick-off meeting presentations
- Ensure compliance with accounting, regulation and internal policy standards
- Spearhead effective account management in fixed and variable cost, investment and budgeting strategies to support business financial goals
- Prepare financial reports, forecasts and analysis to aid management on decision making
- Participate in cross0functional discussions to align with Company’s financial strategies
- Provide regular updates on Company’s revenue performance against targets, provide advice and direction to the Plating business management and HQ Team
- Lead & mentor the finance team to foster collaborative and high performing environment
Requirement
- Bachelor in Accounting, Finance or related field (e.g. CPA/ACCA)
- At least 10 years of experience in management accounting or budgeting, preferably in the manufacturing industry
- Team lead/management experience
- Subject matter expert in financial analysis and reporting, with strong ability to analyze complex data and translate them for useful insights
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic abilities
