Job Description

Our client, a shipping company, is on a lookout for a Logistics Admin Support to join their Singapore team!


  • Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies
  • Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts
  • Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party
  • Greet and assist visitors
  • Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail
  • Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience
  • Look after office equipment and necessities within the office
  • Another other ad-hoc duties assigned


  • Minimum “O” levels or “N” level and above or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years experience in a similar role, preferably in the shipping industry
  • Added advantage to be a fluent in spoken Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking counterparts
  • Able to work in a face-paced environment
