- Identify and pursue new customers through field visits and networking.
- Promote company services within Freight Forwardingor Logistics
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Provide market feedback and competitor insights.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
- 3–5 years experience in field sales, preferably in logistics or freight forwarding.
- Proven track record in acquiring new customers (hunter sales profile).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
