Job Summary:
Responsible for generating new business opportunities and acquiring new clients through proactive field sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new customers through field visits and networking.

  • Promote company services within Freight Forwarding or Logistics solutions.

  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients.

  • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

  • Provide market feedback and competitor insights.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.

  • 3–5 years experience in field sales, preferably in logistics or freight forwarding.

  • Proven track record in acquiring new customers (hunter sales profile).

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
