Job Description
Job Summary:
Responsible for generating new business opportunities and acquiring new clients through proactive field sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new customers through field visits and networking.

Promote company services within Freight Forwarding or Logistics solutions.

Build and maintain relationships with potential clients.

Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.

Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Provide market feedback and competitor insights.
Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.

3–5 years experience in field sales, preferably in logistics or freight forwarding.

Proven track record in acquiring new customers (hunter sales profile).

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated with ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
