Main Duties

  • Active Prospecting: Seeking and contacting potential new clients through cold calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings to create a strong sales pipeline.
  • Field Sales Implementation: Visiting a designated local area to hold in-person meetings, give presentations, and showcase products.
  • Relationship Management: Establishing trust and connection with potential clients, addressing concerns, and finalizing agreements.
  • Objective Fulfillment: Attaining or surpassing sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Market Intelligence: Keeping an eye on nearby rivals, sector developments, and market factors to discover fresh business prospects.
  • Administrative Responsibilities: Keeping a precise CRM database of prospects, generating sales reports, and revising contracts.

 

Prerequisites and Skills

  • Experience: Demonstrated expertise in field sales, business development, or cold calling, typically concentrating on B2B.
  • Abilities: Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilities.
  • Mobility: A legitimate driver’s license and dependable, self-sufficient transportation for commuting between client sites.
  • Characteristics: Extremely self-driven, initiative-taking, and goal-oriented mentality.
