Job Description
- Oversee and optimise LNG shipments, ensuring timely delivery and invoicing.
- Assist in developing the annual LNG delivery program for long-term contracts.
- Coordinate with suppliers, customers, terminals, and service providers to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate documentation and update operational data in IT systems.
- Appoint and liaise with independent inspectors on LNG quality issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams (trading, legal, finance, shipping, etc.) on operational matters.
- Manage cargo invoicing, reconciliations, and accrual clearances.
- Work with counterparts to prevent delays and minimise demurrage costs.
- Travel up to 15% as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Engineering, or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience in LNG cargo or vessel operations.
- Strong knowledge of LNG value chain, cargo handling, and terminal operations.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
