Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop engineering deliverables for Marine & Machinery System (Conversions & Topsides Integration) to ensure safe, fit-for-purpose, robust and cost-effective Marine and Machinery System design and operations
- Lead the development and verification for the following equipment list: (i) Equipment sizing and datasheet (ii) Equipment demolition and decommission including HVAC machinery
- Generate equipment tagging for new and existing equipment
- Generate BOQ, Philosophy, BOD, Specification and SOW related to RLEC
- Lead concept selection studies, engineering definition deliverables and FEED deliverables throughout all phases of engineering
- Lead the preparation of MDR, calculation reports, engineering analysis, engineering drawings and equipment/packages specification at conceptual, engineering definition and FEED level
- Review FEED and DDE deliverables by sub-contractors and revert comments as per department standards
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Class 1 or 2 Marine Engineer Certificate of Competency FG Unlimited
- Professional Engineer with practicing certificate/Registered with relevant professional body preferred
- At least 12 years of experience in O7G sector as a discipline engineer or 10 years of working experience as a Marine Engineer onboard Tankers
- At least 3 years of experience in EPCC projects for specific engineering discipline role
- Experience in floaters type design aspect is preferred (Conceptual, FEED and DDE)
