Job Description
Key Responsibilities
-
Manage end-to-end post-fixture vessel operations for tanker voyages (crude and/or clean/dirty products).

Liaise with owners, charterers, brokers, agents, terminals, and surveyors to ensure smooth voyage execution.

Handle fixture recap reviews, CP compliance, voyage instructions, and operational follow-ups.

Monitor laytime, demurrage, and despatch, including review of SOF and supporting documents.

Coordinate bunkering, port operations, and voyage scheduling in line with commercial objectives.

Support chartering/brokerage teams with market intelligence, operational input, and voyage economics.

Maintain accurate voyage records, operational reports, and post-voyage analysis.
Requirements
-
Minimum 2–5 years’ experience in tanker vessel operations, shipbroking, or chartering operations.

Strong understanding of tanker charter parties, voyage execution, and post-fixture processes.

Familiar with laytime calculations, SOF review, and demurrage handling.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
