Verify and validate deals against Company ETRM System for accuracy and consistency.
Ensure timely and accurate updates of deals in the ETRM system to reflect any changes.
Prepare draft contracts for crude and/or products for traders and operators to review.
Send out contracts upon approval.
Upload contracts and all counters/amendments to the ETRM System.
Update master templates as needed.
Review and counter contracts from counterparties.
Update contract Excel worksheets and Power BI reports.
Prepare tender offers when required.
Liaise with Finance, Legal, and Demurrage departments on contract wording issues.
Review counterparties’ general terms and conditions.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the manager.

Requirements:

Relevant internship experience for fresh graduates.
Familiarity with incoterms.
Polytechnic or diploma qualifications with relevant experience are also considered.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel.
Strong spoken and written skills in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking counterparts).
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
