Job Description
- Independently research, design, develop, and deploy Microsoft 365 solutions for the company
- Administer the Microsoft 365 environment, ensuring availability, reliability, and performance
- Monitor system health and regularly review, analyze, and test systems for performance
- Perform annual hardware refresh for endpoint devices and network equipment
- Provide regular update, backups, and restores as needed
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maximize functionality and user experience
- Provide onboarding and offboarding for new hire/leaver
- Documenting system configuration, process and IT user guide
- Provide top-tier support, coordinating with various teams and vendors to troubleshoot issues onsite and offsite (onboard the vessels)
- Opportunity to travel to other countries to provide IT support for the vessel only if vendor unable to resolve the issue
- Role as an IT procurement officer and work closely with vendor and purchasing team
- Monitor and manage the billings and subscriptions for SAAS and M365
- Manage IT hardware and software inventory
- Conduct daily IT operation daily checklist, monthly checklist and annual checklist.
Minimum Requirements:
- Hand on experience as Global Admin for M365 or experience in the following modules such as user administration, Intune management and security management is required
- More than 2 years of experience work as L1 support in mid to large enterprise with headcount more than 100
- Strong customer service and communication skill with knowledge of know-how to translate technical issue effectively to the users
- Strong problem-solving skills for endpoint devices (Windows OS, Android and IOS) and troubleshooting network related issue
- Ability to work independently and can contribute as a team
- Firewall knowledge is not mandatory, but good to have
