Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day IT support, handling troubleshooting of email and computer issues, software installations, as well as maintenance of PCs, internet connections, and office equipment such as copier machines.
  • Manage and maintain the company’s network system and firewall to ensure smooth and secure operations.
  • Update and manage asset records for company desktops, laptops, IT software licenses, and other IT-related equipment.
  • Liaise with external software providers for regular updates, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the company’s ERP systems (including SAP) and other integrated software platforms.
  • Maintain and regularly update the company’s IT-related database to ensure accurate tracking of IT assets and software.
  • Serve as the administrator for company software systems (including SAP), and provide internal training and guidance to employees on system usage.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of IT reports and data summaries, such as procurement records, sales reports, and other related data.
  • Act as the company’s point of contact for scheduling and coordinating ISO audits.
  • Support the preparation of ISO documentation and take part in both internal and external ISO audit processes.
  • Assist with general administrative duties as required.
  • Handle other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in IT or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant IT work experience.
  • Strong knowledge in software applications and ERP database management, with working experience in SAP preferred.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and another language (bilingual).
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
