Responsibilities

Partner business leaders as a trusted HR advisor, translating business priorities into people strategies.

Drive workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and leadership development.

Support organisational design, transformation, and change management initiatives.

Coach leaders on performance management, engagement, and employee relations at a strategic level.

Use people analytics and insights to support data-driven decision-making.

Ensure alignment with global HR frameworks, values, and local labour regulations.
Requirements

Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.

8+ years of HR experience, with strong exposure as an HR Business Partner.

Proven experience partnering senior stakeholders in a complex or multinational environment.

Strong knowledge of Singapore employment legislation.
-
Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and coaching skills.
-
Marine, maritime, engineering, or technical services industry background preferred.
