Requirements
- Degree in HR or related field
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience
- Strong knowledge of employment laws
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- HR certification is an advantage
- Prior experience in Shipping companies preferred – Shipowners, Ship management
