Summary
Responsible for managing end-to-end HR functions to support business goals and maintain a positive workplace culture.

  • Manage employee relations and engagement

  • Oversee performance management and training programmes

  • Handle compensation, payroll, and benefits

  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR policies

  • Provide HR reports and workforce insights

Requirements

  • Degree in HR or related field

  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience

  • Strong knowledge of employment laws

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • HR certification is an advantage
