Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the company’s Human Resources (HR) and Administration functions, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Handle the full spectrum of HR responsibilities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee retention, compensation & benefits, employee relations, learning & development, performance management, employee engagement, and HR-related initiatives.
- Oversee the employee lifecycle from hiring and onboarding to career development, performance reviews, and offboarding processes.
- Review, develop, and implement HR and administrative policies and procedures in compliance with company standards and government regulations.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance HR efficiency, productivity, and operational effectiveness.
- Provide HR advisory support to department heads and Senior Management on people-related matters, policies, and best practices.
- Manage office administration matters, including facilities maintenance, leasing, office equipment, stationery, pantry supplies, and vendor coordination.
- Liaise with external contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure efficient administrative support and office operations.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Senior Management.
