Job Description
You will ensure our vessels are staffed with qualified seafarers, comply with all international labor standards, and that crew welfare is a top priority. This role involves close work with partners and internal teams to manage manpower and enhance retention strategies.
What You’ll Do:

Manage crew deployment and maintain efficient manning levels for the fleet.

Ensure strict compliance with MLC, STCW, and other maritime regulations.

Provide full administrative support to the Marine HR team, from interview scheduling to managing crew claims and recognition programs.

Prepare reports, analyze data for management reviews, and support audit preparations (TMSA).

Handle crew logistics for briefings and act as a key point of support for seafarer welfare.
Who We’re Looking For:

A Diploma in Business/Maritime Studies or relevant administrative experience.

Open to fresh graduates or candidates with 1+ year in a maritime HR/crewing role.

Must have solid knowledge of MLC requirements and crew management practices.

Proficient in Excel; COMPAS software knowledge is a plus.

A highly organized, detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
