Job Description:
• Support the daily operations of HR/Admin functions and activities.
• Provide administrative and clerical assistance to the HR/Admin Department.
• Maintain and update employee records, process invoices, and manage documentation.
• Oversee and manage employees’ CorpPass access.
• Organize and manage recruitment processes, including posting job vacancies online and coordinating interview schedules.
• Assist the HR Department with planning and executing company-wide activities and events.
• Administer and manage the company’s welfare benefits and claims processes.
• Facilitate post-recruitment tasks and onboarding procedures.
• Keep training, appraisal, and learning records updated and well-maintained.
• Perform office administration and oversee building facilities management.
• Work with the Admin team to provide backup for receptionist duties when needed.
• Handle any additional responsibilities as assigned.

Job Requirements:
• Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of employment and labor laws.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR Generalist or Admin-related positions.
• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and meticulous, with strong interpersonal and proactive skills.
• A collaborative team player with a positive attitude, able to adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
