Job Description
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Assist with job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding and induction programs.
- Update and maintain employee records and databases.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Help organize employee engagement activities and training sessions.
- Support performance management processes and related documentation.
Payroll & Benefits Administration:
- Process payroll and ensure timely salary disbursements.
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and benefits enrollment.
- Collaborate with finance on salary payments and deductions.
HR Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Assist with audits and regulatory compliance reports.
General HR & Administrative Support:
- Manage employee records while ensuring confidentiality.
- Handle HR correspondence, notices, and internal communications.
- Provide administrative support as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR administration or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
- Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
