Job Description

Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Assist with job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding and induction programs.
  • Update and maintain employee records and databases.

Employee Relations & Engagement:

  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and training sessions.
  • Support performance management processes and related documentation.

Payroll & Benefits Administration:

  • Process payroll and ensure timely salary disbursements.
  • Maintain attendance, leave records, and benefits enrollment.
  • Collaborate with finance on salary payments and deductions.

HR Compliance & Documentation:

  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
  • Assist with audits and regulatory compliance reports.

General HR & Administrative Support:

  • Manage employee records while ensuring confidentiality.
  • Handle HR correspondence, notices, and internal communications.
  • Provide administrative support as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR administration or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
