Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in publishing job openings, reviewing applications, and coordinating interviews.
- Manage onboarding procedures and orientation for new employees.
- Keep employee data and HR systems accurate and updated.
- Provide first-line support for employee inquiries regarding HR policies.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of staff engagement and training initiatives.
- Support documentation and follow-up for performance appraisals.
- Process monthly payroll and ensure accurate salary disbursement.
- Track attendance, manage leave applications, and handle benefits administration.
- Coordinate with the finance department on payroll adjustments and statutory deductions.
- Ensure HR processes comply with employment laws and internal guidelines.
- Update and maintain HR policies, SOPs, and employee manuals.
- Assist with preparation for audits and compliance-related reporting.
- Safeguard confidential employee files and personal information.
- Draft HR-related letters, memos, and internal communications.
- Provide general support for day-to-day HR and office administrative duties.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 3 years’ experience in an HR administrative capacity.
- Sound knowledge of local employment laws and HR practices.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software systems.
- Ability to manage sensitive information professionally and discreetly.
