Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
HR Duties:
- Manage the hiring process: post jobs, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and onboard new employees.
- Maintain employee records and files.
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration.
- Help organize company events and engagement activities.
- Support managers with HR-related tasks and policies.
Admin Duties:
- Manage office supplies and place orders when needed.
- Coordinate with vendors (like cleaners, suppliers, etc.).
- Handle basic office maintenance and IT support coordination.
- Arrange travel and accommodations for staff if required.
- Provide general administrative support to the team.
Requirements:
- Degree of Diploma in HR, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in an HR and/or Admin role.
- Good understanding of basic HR practices.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and comfortable working with people.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity in a marine company is a plus.
