Job Description
Responsibilities

Lead the migration of existing systems from PHP to Python, ensuring a smooth transition, minimal downtime, and uninterrupted business operations.

Oversee the shift of hosting infrastructure from GoDaddy to Microsoft Azure, covering planning, system security, DNS setup, data backup, and cut-over execution.

Collaborate with external developers to ensure all deliverables meet business, technical, and security standards.

Define and uphold system architecture principles, coding standards, and deployment best practices for the new technology stack.

Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with organizational goals and supports long-term scalability.

Evaluate, recommend, and integrate new technologies to enhance automation, performance, and operational efficiency.

Establish a technology roadmap focusing on system modernization, integrations, and continuous improvement.

Manage day-to-day IT operations, including infrastructure, cloud systems, cybersecurity, user access, and data protection.

Create and maintain IT governance policies, SOPs, and business continuity or disaster recovery plans.

Ensure compliance with data protection and security regulations, including PDPA and ISO27001.

Act as the primary liaison between external vendors and internal management, ensuring project clarity, accountability, and timely delivery.

Build, guide, and strengthen internal IT capabilities to support the company’s future growth and digital transformation.
