Job Description
JOB SCOPE
- Conceptualize, strategize and formulate the Group’s Learning, Leadership and Capability Development Framework to be in line with the Company’s vision and mission as a way forward to accelerate the development of future talents and competent workforce
- Direct and drive talent/staff development in Learning, Leadership & Capability Development Master Plan to ensure the organization’s readiness to assume strategic roles, responsibilities and challenges, in line with the Group’s dynamic growth plan
- Review and strategize learning, leadership and capability development performance in view of global talent requirements/challenges and talent’s ability to meet high standard leadership requirements
- Strategize, develop and ensure the availability of subject matter experts and capability tools in various career management and leadership programs
- Drive and promote self-initiated career planning culture, where staff chart out their own career progression in line with the Company’s career management framework and business requirements
- Strategize, formulate and drive the Group’s Technical Career Path (TCP) framework and its implementation ensuring identified critical technical positions are given its due recognition and serve as a career leader
- A resourceful person for Skill Group (SKG) Development. Guide and direct business units and subsidiaries on their SKG development and implementation
- Advice on specific, structured and tailored SKG and module development that would enhance staff functional competency
- Act as the Secretariat to HR SKG to develop framework and module development
- Promote mentoring culture of the Group via mentoring programs or other intervention plans to enhance comradeship between leaders and young executives and making them as role models to emulate
- Strategize and review the development of Company’s annual budget requirements to support learning culture
- Provide guidance and motivation to drive the development of a ready pool of capable and competent finance professionals to support business growth and operational needs
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 17 years of relevant working experience in staff development, staff competency development and career management
- At least a Bachelor/Master Degree in Human Resource Management, Socila Science or equivalent
