Job Description
Responsibilities
- Strategize, lead and supervise the establishment of competitive offshore & marine, brownfield technical and commercial proposal to safeguard the company’s interest
- Strategize, lead and supervise the company’s asset operations activities and initiative in meeting uptime and contract requirement with the highest level of safety and compliance to industry regulations and benchmark against established asset operations
- Ensure project is delivered in accordance to project requirement, schedule and within budget
- Responsible for the overall asset operational readiness assurance for floaters during project conversion until completion and post operations phase that should be in line with the asset management system and operational excellence
- Manage all asset management contracts inclusive of joint venture companies to ensure asset management execution activities are conducted effectively and effectively as per contractual requirements
- Spearhead capability development and improvement for effective implementation of asset operation management to ensure conformance to contracts requirement and compliance to class and other international regulations
- Develop and maintain good relationship with customers, government authorities and agencies to facilitate regulatory compliance
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering discipline or maritime professional qualification e.g. COC1
- Minimum 18 years of relevant work experience in marine and oil & gas operations
- At least 6 years of experience in operations supervisory works for offshore production facilities
