General Manager, Commercial (Module Fabrication) (M17445)

Tasks And Responsibilities

You will be fully in-charge of the execution for commercial strategies to meet revenue and margin targets for modular fabrication projects specifically for offshore facilities.
Responsible for handling enquiries from customers and manage competitive quotations/tariffs.
Oversee team performance consisting of estimators and commercial invoicing officers to ensure duties are discharged in accurate and timely manner.
Follow-up on tenders with customers and agents, and negotiate the Contracts details
Responsible for client relationship management
Coordinate and work closely with the yard operations team to maintain optimal efficiency to maximize yard utilization.
Ensure internal stakeholders’ adherence to contractual obligations and be quick to identify processes that violate regulations.
Assesses all risks and make recommendations based on analysis of factors affecting a business situation.
Responsible for the functional and management support in change management, which includes negotiation and settlement of Change/Variation Orders with the clients.
Review existing company’s commercial procedures and policies to provide constructive feedback for refining/updating of the existing procedures.

Job Requirements

Bachelor degree in Business or Engineering field or Diploma with relevant substantial experience
Minimum 15 years of relevant experience working in fabrication yards, including estimation and invoicing
At least 5 years of working experience in senior management capacity
Possess excellent track records in winning fabrication projects for offshore facilities
Team management experience
Conversant in Microsoft applications (Excel / Word / Powerpoint)
Familiarity with Salesforce and/or Power BI
