Job Description
- Responsibilities:
- Oversee technical management and operational safety of the fleet.
- Ensure compliance with industry, statutory, classification, and environmental regulations.
- Manage routine and non-routine maintenance and repairs.
- Budget planning, cost management, and dry-docking supervision.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of superintendents.
- Drive team performance to meet company goals.
- Qualifications:
- Degree in Marine Engineering or similar.
- First Class Motor License with sailing experience as a Chief Engineer.
- At least 5 years as a Technical Superintendent.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Technical/Fleet Manager.
- Fluency in English (verbal and written).
