Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the full spectrum of finance functions, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A.
- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Ensure strong financial governance, compliance, and internal controls across the organization.
- Manage cash flow, treasury, and capital planning to support operational and strategic needs.
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement.
- Drive process optimization and efficiency within finance operations.
- Liaise with external auditors, regulators, and stakeholders as required.
Requirements:
- Preferably with experience in the marine/shipping industry.
- Graduate from a reputable local university (Finance, Accounting, or related field).
- Must be a Chartered Accountant (CA/CPA/ACCA or equivalent).
- Proven track record in managing teams and consistently delivering results in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of all finance functions, including Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
- Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and drive performance across teams.
- Must be Singaporean or Singaporean PR only
