Record Keeping
- Organize and maintain accurate financial records to facilitate audits.
- Develop and manage efficient filing systems for financial documents
- Track budget performance and provide relevant financial updates to management.
Communication and Collaboration
- Work with internal teams, to resolve financial issues and enhance processes.
- Effectively communicate on matters related to billing and financial management.
Compliance and Regulatory Adherence
- Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations and healthcare industry standards.
- Stay updated on changes in accounting practices and healthcare-related regulations.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in accounting or finance in a shipmanagement comapny.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office tools.
