Job Description
- Creating financial reports concerning budgets, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and expenses.
- Formulating long-term business strategies based on these reports.
- Coordinating with external auditors and tax agents.
- Enhancing current internal controls and process efficiency.
- Managing administrative tasks, onboarding, offboarding, and training.
- Handling payroll administration, regional mobility support, and expatriate management, including work pass applications.
- Compiling payroll data, including monthly time records, overtime, and commission information.
- Ensuring timely submission of CPF, IR21, and annual income tax declarations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Accounting or Auditing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, especially Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Proactive, independent, and able to work under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
