Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the regular maintenance of the shipyard’s facilities, including building infrastructures, docking facilities, yard cranes and other equipment
- Plan and execute facility improvement projects ranging from renovations, facility expansions and upgrade in utilities
- Ensure all facilities adhere to safety regulations and standards
- Identify and mitigate potential risks to the yard facilities and operating processes
- Spearhead energy efficiency initiatives and efforts for cost-saving projects
- Develop and manage facility management and improvement projects
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 2 years of experience working in the heavy industry environment
- Able to read and understand diagrams and schematic drawings for work planning and issue resolution
- Supervise on-site installation, system setups, calibration, onsite repairs and preventive/corrective actions
- Experience in managing project budgets
