Job Description
Purpose of the Role:
To guarantee our managed fleet’s full compliance with international carbon emissions regulations. This involves strategic planning, meticulous data management, and precise reporting to authorities like the IMO and EU.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the fleet’s compliance strategy for CII, EEXI, EU MRV, and EU ETS mandates.

Develop, manage, and audit the SEEMP for all applicable vessels.

Serve as the data integrity champion; collecting, validating, and managing all vessel performance metrics for accurate emissions reporting.

Prepare and submit all required documentation to regulatory bodies, maintaining a flawless audit trail.

Provide expert support to Superintendents on decarbonization matters and assist with related administrative logistics.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years in the shipping industry.

Essential, practical experience implementing IMO and EU maritime environmental regulations.

High proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI) and a keen analytical mindset.

Fluency in English, with superb communication skills and a willingness to travel.
