Job Description
Key Responsibilities
-
Lead and manage all engineering activities for data center projects across the full EPC lifecycle.

Ensure all designs are technically sound, fully coordinated, compliant, and constructible.

Oversee multidisciplinary engineering teams (mechanical, electrical, ICT, controls, fire protection, civil/structural).

Direct concept development, Basis of Design, FEED, and detailed engineering stages.

Support construction, procurement, and commissioning activities throughout the project.

Review and approve major design deliverables: system configurations, engineering calculations, BIM models, equipment selections, etc.

Ensure adherence to Tier standards, redundancy and reliability requirements, and international codes.

Manage technical interfaces with clients, consultants, vendors, and contractors.

Resolve design issues and provide ongoing engineering guidance.

Lead engineering participation in FAT, SAT, and integrated system testing.

Maintain high engineering quality and manage technical risks.

Drive value engineering initiatives to optimize cost, performance, and constructability.

Provide senior-level technical leadership and reporting across all project phases.
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant engineering field.

Professional accreditation (PE, Chartered Engineer) preferred.

Minimum 15 years of engineering experience, with strong exposure to data centers or mission-critical facilities.

Significant leadership experience managing large multidisciplinary teams.

Proven background in EPC or design-build project environments.

Strong technical knowledge of data center MEP systems, redundancy design, and industry compliance standards.

Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.

Ability to oversee multiple large-scale, complex projects simultaneously.
