Job Description
The company deals with supplying marine and offshore electrical products (e.g., cables, lighting, electrical consumables) for shipbuilding, repair and retrofitting projects.
Job Responsibilities:
· Design control systems.
· Preparation of drawings for customer approval.
· Preparation of drawings/BCM for shop floor production.
· Co-ordinating with clients, consultants and internal department.
· Drafting work with use of CAD system (AUTOCAD/SOLIDWORKS).
· Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
· Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
· Hands on experience with vessel mechanical and engine systems.
· Experience with engineering design software.
· Familiarity with maritime HM&E systems and naval construction processes.
· Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
· Team player and good communication skills.
· Physically fit and able to work in strenuous circumstances.
